  • Final inspection
After the connector is injection molded, it needs to be inspected. Final inspection is one of the important links in connector production. Its main purpose is to ensure that the performance and quality of the connector meet the relevant standards and ensure the stability and reliability of the connector during operation.

1. Appearance inspection: Check the appearance of the connector, check the color of the connector, whether there are scratches, warping, burrs, etc. on the surface
2. Mechanical performance test: Use test equipment to test the mechanical properties of the connector, mainly including plug-in force test, locking force test, shock resistance test, etc.
3. Electrical performance test: Use test equipment to test the electrical properties of the connector, mainly including resistance test, insulation resistance test, dielectric constant test, etc.
4. Environmental adaptability test: Use test equipment to test the environmental adaptability of the connector, mainly including high temperature test, low temperature test, humidity test, etc.
5. Chemical performance test: Test the chemical properties of the connector, including corrosion resistance test of chemical substances, etc.
6. Dimension inspection: Check whether the size of the connector meets the design requirements.

Through the above final inspection process, the process production of the connector has been strictly inspected and standard quality controlled, ensuring the long-term stability and reliability of the connector. The process production of the connector needs to go through multiple links, and the final inspection is an important and indispensable link. It is not enough to rely solely on strict control of the production link. It must be strictly inspected by the final inspection to ensure that the product quality meets the standards, so as to provide high-quality electrical connections and signal transmission for electronic equipment.
  • Packaging
After the final inspection is completed, the connector needs to be packaged. The packaging process includes two aspects: inner packaging and outer packaging.

First, the inner packaging is carried out, and the connector is placed in a plastic bag or foam box, and then the outer packaging is carried out. The inner packaged connector is placed in a paper box and marked and recorded. After the packaging is completed, the connector can be stored and transported.
  • Summary
The connector process production process includes mold design, mold manufacturing, injection molding, final inspection and packaging. In each link, quality and efficiency need to be guaranteed to ensure the production quality of the connector and customer satisfaction.
